As an HVAC professional, you’ll be installing, maintaining, and repairing the systems that people rely on every day to feel comfortable indoors but often don’t think much about until something goes wrong. It will be your job to maximize the efficiency of these systems and ensure they’re operating optimally, and you’ll be working on-site at a variety of commercial properties.

No two days will be the same – one day, you’ll be helping construction crews install a heating and cooling system in a new building, and the next, you’ll be making some much-needed repairs to the unit in a small business. Typically, you can expect to complete several jobs in a day. The new challenges every day brings is something many professionals love about HVAC jobs, and we’re confident you will too.

Superior Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced HVAC Installation Foreman to join our team in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the HVAC industry and will be responsible for leading a team of HVAC sheet metal mechanics in the installation of HVAC systems in commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead a team of sheet metal mechanics in the installation of HVAC duct systems
  • Ensure all installations are completed in accordance with local codes and regulations
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Order materials and equipment necessary for installations
  • Communicate with customers regarding project progress and address any concerns or questions they may have
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC installation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Knowledge of local codes and regulations
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively 
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Journeyman’s License (Preferred)
  • OSHA 30 (Preferred)
